Our company has been growing in the Northwest, and we are looking to add an INCREDIBLE Salesperson to our Washington team! As a Sales Representative for Lindsay Windows WA, your role will be to cultivate relationships with prospective and existing customers in WA, OR and ID Our vinyl window and doors are respected in the industry, and you will be calling on quality customers! You will receive top notch training on our product line from our existing salespeople and manufacturing staff.
The qualified candidate will be able to travel and provide service to all sales locations. You must be available to attend meetings in our facility in Lakewood, WA weekly.

Responsibilities
- Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with dealers, distributors and builders.
- Prospect and generate leads through cold calling, networking and other sales techniques.
- Develop and execute strategic sales tactics to achieve and grow market share.
- Manage customer accounts receivable to ensure customer payment terms are being met.
- Work both directly and cooperatively with Plant Management and Customer Service teams.
- Create and maintain CRM data.
- Interact effectively at all levels of the customer’s team.
- Achieve profitable revenue growth, including robust new business development.
- Attend scheduled meetings, trainings and association events.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- 3-5 years of experience in a sales role, preferably windows or building products.
- Must be organized with the ability to focus on priority projects and tasks.
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Have and maintain a clean driving record.

Flexible work from home options available.
Compensation: $110,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
